Interpretation

In this verse, the Supreme Being, or God, explains something very important about the universe and how it operates. He tells us that everything in the cosmos—meaning all the planets, stars, life forms, and even the laws of nature—is under His control. Imagine a puppet show: the puppets move and act according to the puppeteer's commands. Here, God is like that puppeteer, and the universe is His stage.

According to this idea, the Supreme Being is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and eventual destruction of everything in existence. When we say 'by My will it is manifested again and again,' it means that God has the power to create the universe whenever He decides. He can breathe life into it, sort of like blowing up a balloon, and it expands into countless galaxies and worlds. This creation isn't a one-time event; it happens repeatedly. Think about how seasons come and go or how day turns into night—there’s a cycle to it.

After the creation, everything exists for a while. But just like seasons change, everything will eventually come to an end. This is what is meant when it says, 'by My will it is annihilated at the end.' It is God's choice when to end everything, and His presence is also there during destruction.

The verse highlights the idea that while there are countless forms and beings in the universe, they're all ultimately influenced or governed by one source, which is the Supreme Being. He doesn't just create everything and walk away; He is present in all aspects of the universe, overseeing and maintaining the order of everything we see around us. This means that even in chaos, there is a higher goal or purpose that we might not immediately understand. So, no matter how complicated or chaotic life seems, there is a profound wisdom and control behind it all.
