Chapter 10, Verse 16

वक्तुमर्हस्यशेषेण दिव्या ह्यात्मविभूतयः।
याभिर्विभूतिभिर्लोकानिमांस्त्वं व्याप्य तिष्ठसि।।10.16।।

vaktum arhasyaśheṣheṇa divyā hyātma-vibhūtayaḥ
yābhir vibhūtibhir lokān imāṁs tvaṁ vyāpya tiṣhṭhasi

vaktum — to describe;
arhasi — please do;
aśheṣheṇa — completely;
divyāḥ — divine;
hi — indeed;
ātma — your own;
vibhūtayaḥ — opulences;
yābhiḥ — by which;
vibhūtibhiḥ — opulences;
lokān — all worlds;

vyāpya — pervade;
tiṣhṭhasi — reside;

In this verse, Arjuna is asking Krishna to explain more about His divine powers and how He is present in everything around us. Arjuna feels satisfied with what he understands about Krishna, recognizing Him as the Supreme Lord. He feels grateful for the knowledge and wisdom that Krishna has given him, which helps him see the truth about life and the universe.

However, Arjuna wants to dig deeper. He knows that Krishna is not just an ordinary being; He is the Supreme Being who exists everywhere and in everything. Arjuna is aware that many people may not grasp this concept that God can be in all things and still remain beyond them. So, he asks Krishna to describe His all-encompassing nature and abilities more clearly. This request is made not just for himself but for others who may struggle to understand how Krishna's presence fills the entire universe and how He works through various energies or forces in the world.

Think of it like this: If someone is celebrating a festival and they want to explain the significance and joy of it to those who have never experienced it, they would want to share the details. They would want to convey what makes it special, how the food tastes, how the decorations look, and how it feels to be a part of it. Arjuna's query is similar. He is asking Krishna to share His divine qualities in a way that everyone can understand. He wants all people, especially those who might not see God in a personal way, to know how God exists in every part of the world and how His powers work in everyday life.
